Overview

In 2013 Silverpeak formed its real estate lending group, Argentic, in partnership with Elliott Management Corporation. Argentic manages commercial real estate lending vehicles designed to provide debt financing solutions to property owners throughout the US.

Argentic provides fixed-rate permanent, floating-rate transitional and subordinate debt financing secured by property types including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, hotel and student housing.
