Michael Franzese

Michael Franzese is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group responsible for overseeing tax, financial, structuring, and asset management matters while also supporting the Energy and Renewable businesses in various capacities. In addition to Silverpeak and its predecessor, Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, Michael spent time working in PwC's Financial Services - Real Estate Tax group providing tax consulting and compliance services to various real estate private equity funds including three years dedicated solely to providing tax support to Silverpeak's real estate funds. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant, received a B.S. in Accounting from the Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, and a Master of Accountancy in Taxation from the Rutgers Business School in Newark.
