Chris Westfahl

Chris Westfahl is a Managing Director in the Real Estate group responsible for investment and asset management activities primarily focused on multifamily investments. Previously, Chris was a Managing Director with Lehman Brothers’ Principal Transaction Group where he invested the firm’s capital in attractive equity and mezzanine debt opportunities. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Chris was a Regional Manager for GE Capital Real Estate where he was responsible for all new business origination in the New York and Boston MSA’s. Chris holds a B.A. in economics from Boston College and an M.B.A. with a real estate concentration from the University of Connecticut.
