Brett Klyza

Brett Klyza is a Senior Vice President in the Real Estate group responsible for investment and asset management activities primarily focused on the industrial and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining Silverpeak, Brett was Director, Investment Analysis at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Prior to joining IHG, Brett held several positions with Bristol Hotels and Resorts in the areas of operations analysis and hotel accounting and finance. Brett received a B.S. with a concentration in Finance from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
