Brett Klyza

Brett Klyza passed away on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Brett was an integral and much-valued part of our company for over 16 years and held the role of Senior Vice President in the Real Estate group. He was responsible for leading our investment and asset management efforts in the industrial and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining Silverpeak, Brett was Director, Investment Analysis at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Prior to joining IHG, Brett held several positions with Bristol Hotels and Resorts in the areas of operations analysis and hotel accounting and finance. Brett received a B.S. with a concentration in Finance from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
